Job description

This is an exciting new role for someone looking to make a real difference to the lives of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. You will be working with a young people who have been excluded from mainstream schools and aiding their reintegration into education.

The school has an excellent reputation in the local area and a proven track record when it comes to raising the attainment of challenging young people and those with special educational needs. At present the school caters for pupils with a range of specific needs including social and emotional difficulties and ADHD. Desirable experience and training include but are limited to:

  • Team Teach
  • Behaviour management
  • SEN training
  • Integration
  • Youth Work
  • Primary curriculum knowledge
  • Intervention

We offer training in all of the above and the school a leaders in CPD and staff development.
