Teaching Personnel are working with a secondary school in Northumberland to appoint a Music Teacher for a part-time role (3 days per week) starting in September 2025. This is a long-term position teaching Music across Key Stages 3 and 4.

Teach engaging Music lessons that inspire creativity and confidence

Plan, deliver, and assess in line with the school’s curriculum

Support students of all abilities in achieving their best

Option to contribute to extracurricular music activities (e.g. clubs or performances
What we're looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Recent experience teaching Music at secondary level

Strong classroom management and organisational skills

A positive, flexible, and professional attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
