Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting multiple class teachers to join a primary school near Barry in the Vale of Glamorgan from September 2026.

The Roles

There are multiple teaching opportunities available, with the exact year group dependent on the vacancy and your experience.

You could be responsible for:

• Taking full responsibility for a primary class
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Following the Curriculum for Wales
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress
• Differentiating learning to meet individual needs
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team
• Supporting pupils' academic, social and emotional development
• Contributing to the wider life of the school

We're Looking For

• QTS-qualified primary teachers
• Experienced teachers or ECTs
• Teachers confident working across primary age groups
• Strong classroom and behaviour management
• Good communication and organisational skills
