Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and experienced Motor Mechanics Teacher to join a growing educational setting for young people with Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs) and a range of additional needs. This role is based in Croydon and offers the chance to make a real difference to pupils who require tailored support to achieve their full potential.

The Role
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic instructor with experience in teaching motor mechanics or vocational subjects. The successful candidate will:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging, and practical Motor Mechanics lessons to pupils with diverse learning needs.

• Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges, behavioural difficulties, or communication difficulties.

• Motivate and inspire pupils, helping them achieve academic and vocational success.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, specialist agencies, and other partners to support holistic pupil development.

What We Are Looking For
