Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher – Oldham (Full-Time, November 2025 Start)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and inspiring Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Oldham. The school is seeking a passionate educator to begin a full-time position from November 2025.
In this role, you will become part of a dedicated and supportive team committed to helping every student reach their full potential. You will not only guide pupils toward achieving excellent academic results but also foster a lifelong love of languages that will benefit them in their future studies, careers, and everyday lives.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and creative lessons that deepen students’ understanding and enthusiasm for languages.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that inspires a love of learning.

Prepare students effectively for exams and coursework to help them achieve the best possible outcomes.

Contribute to the wider school community and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the MFL curriculum.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a degree in a relevant subject area.

Strong classroom management and excellent communication skills.

A genuine passion for languages and for inspiring students to achieve their best.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
