MFL Teacher – Okehampton Area
Contract Type: Full-Time / Long-Term
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4
Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and motivated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) Teacher to join a secondary school in the Okehampton Area. This is a full-time position, teaching languages across Key Stages 3 and 4, and offers an exciting opportunity to inspire students in their language learning journey.
The Role
As an MFL Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality lessons in French, Spanish, or German (depending on specialism).

Support students across KS3 and KS4, preparing them for GCSE success.

Inspire students to develop communication skills, cultural awareness, and confidence in languages.

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of learners of all abilities.

Contribute to extracurricular opportunities such as trips, clubs, or cultural events.

Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote language learning within the school community.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher who:

Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or is working towards this.

Has experience teaching MFL at secondary level (KS3/KS4).

Demonstrates strong subject knowledge in French, Spanish, or German.

Can motivate and engage learners through creative and interactive teaching.

Is committed to raising standards and fostering a positive learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
