MFL Teacher Required – Inspire Global Communication Through Language

If you can make French, Spanish, or German engaging and accessible in the classroom, and inspire students to communicate confidently across cultures, we’d love to hear from you.


The Role

Teaching Personnel is working with a high-performing secondary school in Braintree, seeking a Modern Foreign Languages Teacher. This role is open for an immediate start or a September 2025 placement.

You’ll deliver engaging lessons in French, Spanish, or German across Key Stage 3 and 4, promoting both language acquisition and cultural awareness.


Pay & Benefits

  • £120 – £200 per day for short-term/cover roles

  • MPS/UPS pay scale for longer-term or permanent placements


Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or significant classroom experience in MFL

  • A Child-Only Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)

  • Confidence in delivering KS3/KS4 French, Spanish, or German

  • A strong passion for language learning and cultural enrichment
