Join the MFL department of a large secondary school in Bolton, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and GCSE.

  • Full-time French and Spanish teacher.
  • Required from September 2020.
  • Supporting pupils aged 11-16.
  • Paid to teaching scale point (GBP24,373 - GBP40,490).

Due to a member of staff being unable to return to work, our client secondary school are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic MFL teacher to join their department. . The school has over 1000 pupils on roll and is known for consistently good GCSE results.

The incoming MFL teacher will be expected to take on full planning and marking responsibilities alongside teaching a full timetable to pupils up to GCSE level. It will be important that the incoming candidate can plan and deliver differentiated French and Spanish lessons to pupils at varying levels of learning ability.

To be considered for this position, the incoming teacher must have previous experience teaching both French and Spanish to KS3 and GCSE alongside Qualified Teacher Status.

Our client school is located in Bolton and can be accessed via the A58 and M61 from surrounding areas such as Bury, Horwich and Leigh. For non-drivers, there are several public transportation links from surrounding areas of Bolton.
