To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS):
*Possession of QTS is essential, demonstrating a strong foundation in educational principles and teaching methodologies.
Specialization in MFL:
*A degree in MFL, French and Spanish or a related field is required, showcasing expertise in the subject matter.
Outstanding Teaching Skills:
*Proven track record of delivering high-quality, engaging lessons that inspire and challenge students to achieve their best.
Commitment to Inclusive Education:
*Demonstrate a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for students of all backgrounds and abilities.
Effective Communication Skills:
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, engage with parents, and support the overall school community.
Adherence to Safeguarding Policies:
*A clear understanding of safeguarding policies and a commitment to ensuring the well-being of all students.
Continuous Professional Development (CPD):
*Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay abreast of educational advancements.
Team Player Mentality:
*Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team of educators to contribute to the school's overall success.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
