TP Tutors are currently looking for a committed and passionate Mathematics Tutor to support students in the Sunderland area. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a proven track record of helping students achieve academic success in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, personalised maths tuition sessions to students of varying ages and abilities
- Prepare tuition sessions and materials tailored to individual student needs
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Create a supportive, engaging, and motivating learning environment
Requirements:
- A degree in Mathematics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable
- Excellent subject knowledge of the UK curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enhanced child workforce only DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Punctual, professional, and reliable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
