Maths Teacher – Specialist School | Stoke on Trent

Location: ST3, ST4 & ST11, Staffordshire
Pay: £33,000– £50,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Start Date: September 2026

We're working with a number of specialist schools across ST3, ST4 and ST11 who are seeking dedicated Maths Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.

Whether you're an experienced teacher or an Early Career Teacher (ECT), this is an excellent opportunity to inspire young people and make a real difference in a supportive educational environment.

The Role

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Adapt teaching to meet the needs of pupils with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism (ASC), SEMH, ADHD and Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD).
  • Assess, monitor and support pupil progress.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
  • Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider school staff to achieve the best outcomes for pupils.

We're Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Specialism in Mathematics.
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills.
  • A passion for helping every pupil achieve their full potential.
  • Experience in SEND or specialist education is desirable but not essential.
