Teaching Personnel are looking for an inspiring, motivated and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to join our client school in September 2019.

  • Maternity cover commencing September 2019
  • Introduction to a thriving 11-16 school located in Tameside
  • Opportunity to earn a school contract through an introduction by Teaching Personnel
  • Salary to reflect MPS/UPS (ÂŁ23,720 - ÂŁ39,406)

Due to staff maternity within our client schools Maths department, we now have an exciting opportunity for an inspirational, motivated and enthusiastic teacher of Maths to join the department on a full time basis from September 2019.

The successful Maths teacher will join a well resourced department of 6 committed and enthusiastic teachers. The Head of Department is looking to appoint a teacher with a shared vision to ensure that all pupils are able to achieve their full potential. We are looking for a teacher of Maths who is experienced in teaching the Edexcel exam board and will take responsibility of teaching KS3 and KS4 Maths across a range of ability groups. Our client school has high expectations of teaching and learning across the school and therefore the successful teacher will be fully committed to ensuring the highest standards of teaching.

Our client school is a thriving 11-16 secondary school located in Tameside, a 30 minute drive from Manchester city centre. The school has a large car park for all staff members and is easily accessible via train lines and public transport links. The school has just over 600 pupils on roll with a percentage higher than the national average for pupils eligible for free school meals. Our client school is committed to ensuring that all pupils are supported throughout their education and encouraged to strive to be the best they can be.
