Are you an experienced Secondary School Teacher with QTS and a passion for Mathematics?
Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with a well-established school near Diss, to appoint a GCSE Maths Teacher. We are actively seeking an engaging and passionate individual, who is currently or has previous experience of teaching KS3 and KS4.
Our welcoming partner school are extremely proud of their ability to develop good relationships between staff, students and parents. Dedication to the academic curriculum is of vital importance to the school and they support this with after school clubs, international trips and much more.
Please Note: This position is available on a long-term basis, you will be required to work a minimum of one-term. There is also an opportunity to gain a permanent contract.
Duties will include:
- Teaching GCSE Maths to secondary aged pupils, in line with the national curriculum
- Keeping pupils engaged in class activities
- Planning and preparing for lessons
- Managing behaviour in line with school policies
- Assessing students’ progress and abilities
