Are you a qualified maths teacher seeking to transition over to the further education sector?
Do you want to teach some of the most promising students in the country?
We have are seeking a qualified maths teacher to work within an Oxford College to undertake a full time role as a Maths teacher teaching across the A-level curriculum. The role will involve teaching Maths to a set of gifted pupils going into their final years of education.
The College is currently one of the best performing colleges in the UK where the college has earned the top slot in the UK Independent Schools league tables after its students achieved record A-level results. Their students represent the future, and their staff aim to put every pupil in the best position possible when trying to kick start their careers.
The further education institute are able to support a newly qualified teacher and aid you in achieving teaching excellence and further your teaching career via an extensive cpd program which is available to all teachers within the college.
The Maths department already have extensive resources available to all teachers and you are encouraged to encompass the technology and resources available to you within your lessons.
The successful applicant will:
- Hold a UK recognised teaching qualification.
- UK recognised bachelor’s degree.
- Have experience or a focused interest in teaching Further Education students
- Hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced Child & Adult workforce DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
