Job description
Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and passionate Maths Teacher to work in secondary schools across Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated educator to make a real impact on students’ academic progress and confidence in mathematics.

The Role

Deliver engaging and high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 desirable but not essential)

Plan, prepare and assess student work in line with the national curriculum

Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners

Maintain strong classroom management and a positive learning environment

Track and support pupil progress
The Ideal Candidate
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
-
Specialism in Mathematics
-
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching
-
Excellent classroom management skills
-
Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing
-
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
