Maths Teacher – Rye

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Maths Teacher to work in Rye.
This Maths Teacher role is based in a friendly and community-focused Secondary School.
The school is looking for a committed Maths Teacher who can deliver engaging lessons and maintain high expectations.

As a Maths Teacher, you will teach maths across KS3 and KS4 to students of varying abilities.
The client would ideally like a Maths Teacher with QTS, but will consider a Maths Teacher without QTS who has strong experience.
This Maths Teacher role would suit someone confident, adaptable, and organised.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering lessons in line with the national curriculum

  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

  • Supporting students to achieve academic progress

  • Managing classroom behaviour consistently

  • Marking work and providing constructive feedback

  • Working collaboratively with the maths department

 

A Maths Teacher in this role will receive strong support from senior leadership.
Pay for this Maths Teacher position is £150 – £250 per day DOE.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
