Maths Teacher (Long-term Supply Contract)

Contract: Full-time

Length: 1 term, possibly more

One of our client Academy's is recruiting for a Maths Teacher to fulfill a supply contract through Teaching Personnel from January 2024. The school is located in Milton Keynes, easilt commutable from Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire and Northamptonshire. As part of being a Maths Teacher here, the expectation is you would teach Maths across Year 7 to Year 11 classes alongside a supportive and dynamic team of Maths Teachers. 

This is an established school which has grown year on year since 2000, where it has grown year-on-year to become one of Milton Keynes' most successful and popular schools with approximately 1500 students on roll, including Post 16. The school hosts an educational ethos rooted in the belief that an excellent education promotes a lifelong desire for learning.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Qualified Maths Teacher with QTS
  • Maths Instructor with at least 2 years experience teaching Maths
  • Highly knowledgeable in GCSE Maths and previously taught GCSE Maths
  • Be passionate about teaching Maths and promoting learning in Maths for excellent results
  • Good or Outstanding classroom practice with high expectations for achievements and behaviour
  • Be able to plan and deliver creative and stimulating Maths lessons
  • You will be dedicated to ensure that all children achieve their very best
  • Contribute to the values, ethos and the development of the school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
