We’re currently expanding our team of tutors in Mansfield and the surrounding Nottinghamshire area to meet growing demand from local schools, parents, and local authorities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to support learners outside of the classroom with personalised Maths tuition. Whether you’re a qualified teacher, a graduate with tutoring experience, or a subject specialist, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

• Deliver effective one-to-one or small group Maths sessions

• Tailor lessons to suit individual learner needs and academic targets

• Help boost confidence and understanding in key Maths concepts

• Provide clear and constructive feedback after each session

• Travel to learner locations in Mansfield and nearby areas

• Maintain professionalism and uphold safeguarding standards

What We’re Looking For

• Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum (KS2–KS4)

• Experience tutoring or teaching Maths (formally or informally)

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A positive, patient, and encouraging approach

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Access to transport for in-person sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
