Maths Teacher
Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate Maths Teacher (KS3) with QTS to join a specialist setting supporting pupils aged 7–18.
This full-time role offers an immediate start and the chance to make a real difference through tailored, engaging maths teaching.
You will be working with pupils who have:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)

ADHD
-
Communication and interaction difficulties
-
Social, emotional and sensory needs

Key Responsibilities
-
Deliver creative and differentiated Maths lessons at KS3 level
-
Adapt teaching to meet a range of SEN needs and learning styles
-
Monitor progress and maintain accurate assessment records
-
Support pupils in achieving EHCP targets
-
Work collaboratively with families and a multi-disciplinary team
About You
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
-
Experience teaching Maths at KS3 level
-
Understanding of SEN, particularly autism and ADHD
-
Patient, adaptable and engaging teaching approach
-
Committed to safeguarding and inclusive education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
