Maths Teacher in Croydon

We are working with an OFSTED OUTSTANDING school in Thornton Heath who are looking for a Year 6 Teacher to join them ASAP.

The school have a very interesting format for their Year 6 whereby they follow an open plan setup of all the students in one learning Zone supervised by 3 Teachers, 2 FT Teaching Assistants and a Part Time Teaching Assistant.

This particular role would involve you taking a lead in planning and delivering Maths Lessons to small groups of Year 6 students within the learning Zone, with continuous support from the other Teachers and TA's. This is a really interesting role for someone looking for some stable work on the run up to the exam period with a special interest in Maths at a School with a solid reputation.

This role is up until the end of the Academic Year and there is a permanent position there for consideration if you find it the time place for you!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
