Maths Teacher

Due to a restructure within this Cardiff Secondary School’s Maths department, a Full-time position has become available for a Maths Teacher starting after the February half term. The school have said they may be able to start you sooner if needed as a transition period where you would cover Maths & general cover until your full timetable starts. This position will be given on a full time, temporary basis until the end of the academic year with an opportunity to become permanent.

This secondary school is easily accessible from Cardiff City centre and can be reached by public transport for non drivers. The school has expressed its needs for a Maths Teacher who has the ability to teach through all key stages & is confident dealing with challenging behaviour. The school has requested an adaptable and proactive Teacher who can fit in with the schools dynamic approach to learning.  The schools leadership was rated ‘GOOD’ in the last ESTYN report and is committed to providing excellent CPD opportunities to all staff members.
