A bright and passionate secondary school in the heart of Dorset is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths teacher to join their ranks.

Starting in September, this role would be a fresh school year, allowing to start the year right.

The Role

The successful candidate would have a have a love of numbers and have the passion to pass that on to the next generation. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons across both Key stage 3 and 4, instilling the students with the skills and confidence required to understand different mathematical processes, and implement these with ease and enjoyment, in addition to creating and nurturing that positive education environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Hold QTS (or be working towards it)
• Have a passion for all things maths
• Have experience within both Key stage 3 and 4
• Have a strong yet nurturing classroom demeanour
• Be enthusiastic about engaging every pupil
• Work well within a collaborative and creative subject team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
