Job description

We are recruiting a committed and resilient Maths Teacher with QTS to join a highly supportive and forward-thinking learning environment in Bournemouth.

This is a full-time position with an immediate start, teaching students aged 12 to 16.

The setting offers a structured, calm and inclusive atmosphere where staff are genuinely valued and supported to succeed.

Working hours are typically 8.30am to 4pm, with some weekday end times varying.

Essential Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Minimum 6 months of childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs

  • Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management skills

  • Ability to commit to full-time work

  • Understanding of safeguarding and professional standards

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
