Maths Teacher – Secondary School (Bournemouth)
A welcoming and well-regarded mainstream secondary school in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced and motivated Maths Teacher to join their dedicated department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5 for a suitably qualified teacher. The school is looking for a confident classroom practitioner who can inspire pupils, maintain high expectations, and contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Have proven experience teaching Maths at secondary level

Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and effective classroom management

Be committed to raising attainment and supporting student progress

Work collaboratively as part of a supportive and forward-thinking Maths department

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
