Maths Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working with a school based in the heart of Bournemouth who are looking to appoint a part time Maths Teacher to start with them in September 2019.

Due to a staffing restructure within the Mathematics department, the Head of Mathematics has identified a gap for a teacher to join them on a 0.8 basis, which equates to four days per week. The four days are negotiable, and the school are welcoming applications from both experienced and newly qualified Mathematics teachers. This position will incorporate teaching Mathematics across Key Stage Three and Key Stage Four and the incoming Mathematics teacher will hold full responsibilities for planning and marking throughout the position.

• Part-time (0.8) Mathematics teacher required, September 2019 start,
• Offered for two terms initially, may be subject to continuation,
• Pay in line with teaching scale point (£23,720 - £39,406 per annum),

With fewer than 700 pupils on roll at present, the school is smaller than others in the area, and has appointed a new Senior Leadership Team which has resulted in significant progress across attendance, attainment and behaviour.
