Teaching Personnel is recruiting Secondary School Maths Teachers to teach Mathematics at Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) across a variety of secondary schools. These Maths teacher jobs include both short-term supply teaching and long-term Maths teaching roles, making them ideal for teachers seeking flexibility or secure, ongoing employment.
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Secondary Maths Teacher with a strong classroom demeanour and a passion for delivering high-quality Maths education. This role is ideal for a teacher who wants to make a real difference to student progress, attainment, and confidence in Mathematics.
Role Responsibilities – Secondary Maths Teacher:

Deliver Maths lessons at KS3 and KS4 in secondary schools

Plan, prepare, and teach engaging, differentiated Maths lessons

Maintain effective classroom management and positive behaviour strategies

Assess, track, and support pupil progress in Mathematics

Develop students’ numeracy, problem-solving, and mathematical reasoning skills
Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification

Experience teaching Mathematics in secondary schools

Strong classroom presence with excellent behaviour management skills

Passion for Maths teaching and learning

Commitment to raising attainment and improving outcomes for all students
