Job Title: Maths and English Tutor - Qualified

Location:  Bedfordshire, Bedford

Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour

Job Description

Job Duties:

1. Provide high-quality tutoring in Maths and English to students.

2. Develop tailored lesson plans to meet the individual needs of students.

3. Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their performance.

4. Support students in improving their understanding and skills in Maths and English.

5. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive learning experience for students.

Required Qualifications:

- Qualified teacher status (QTS)

- Specialism in Maths and English

- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum

Education:

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field

Experience:

At least 2 years of experience in tutoring Maths and English

Knowledge and Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to motivate and engage students

- Strong organisational skills

- Proficiency in using educational technology

Preferred Qualifications:

- Postgraduate qualification in Education

- Experience in teaching students with diverse learning needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
