At Teaching Personnel, we specialise in providing high-quality, small group interventions in English and Mathematics for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) across mainstream and specialist settings.

We're looking for qualified, compassionate, and creative teachers and support staff to join our growing team. Whether you're a teacher, HLTA, or experienced teaching assistant, if you're passionate about personalised learning and helping every child reach their potential, we want to hear from you!

You Will:

Deliver targeted Maths and English sessions tailored to EHCP outcomes
Create inclusive, engaging, and differentiated learning experiences
Help students build confidence, make progress, and enjoy learning
Work closely with SENCOs, teachers, and families to ensure success

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

Experience working with SEN learners (ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, etc.)
Strong subject knowledge in English and/or Maths
A nurturing and flexible approach to teaching
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
