We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Lunchtime Support Workers to join our team in Bradford. This is a vital role within our school community, as it involves providing essential support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) during lunchtime, ensuring their safety, comfort, and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support students with SEN during lunch breaks, both indoors and outdoors.
• Assist students with personal care and hygiene, if necessary.
• Encourage positive social interactions among students and promote inclusive learning.
• Implement individualized support plans for students with SEN.
• Monitor and manage any challenging behaviours, following school policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the lunchroom and learning areas.
