Key Responsibilities

Support the class teacher with daily lessons, routines, and classroom organisation.

Help prepare and set up engaging learning resources and materials.

Work with small groups or individual pupils to support learning and progress.

Encourage positive behaviour, teamwork, and pupil well-being.
-
Assist pupils during playtimes, lunchtimes, and school events.
-
Provide support to pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Enjoy working with children and helping them achieve their potential.

Be reliable, patient, and eager to develop new skills.

Demonstrate strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Be enthusiastic, flexible, and proactive in supporting a range of classroom activities.

Hold or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS check & EWC check.

Be open to feedback and committed to continuous learning.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
