Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – High Wycombe
Full-Time | January Start
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in High Wycombe who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from January.
This is a full-time position (5 days per week), supporting pupils across the school, either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the school’s needs.
The Role:

Full-time LSA role (Monday–Friday)

Support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing
-
Work alongside the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions
-
Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including SEN support where required
-
Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will:
-
Have experience working with children in a primary school setting
-
Be patient, caring, and adaptable
-
Have experience supporting SEN (desirable)
-
Be confident supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
-
Have a strong understanding of safeguarding

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
