Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – High Wycombe

Full-Time | January Start

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and supportive primary school in High Wycombe who are seeking a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team from January.

This is a full-time position (5 days per week), supporting pupils across the school, either on a 1:1 basis or within small groups, depending on the school’s needs.

The Role:

• Full-time LSA role (Monday–Friday)

• Support pupils’ learning, development, and wellbeing

• Work alongside the class teacher to deliver targeted interventions

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support, including SEN support where required

• Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have experience working with children in a primary school setting

• Be patient, caring, and adaptable

• Have experience supporting SEN (desirable)

• Be confident supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

• Have a strong understanding of safeguarding
