Location: High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire
Contract: Full-time / Part-time (long-term or permanent)

About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Primary Teacher to join a warm, supportive, and well-resourced primary school in the High Wycombe area. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator who is passionate about delivering high-quality teaching across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
The successful candidate will create an engaging and nurturing learning environment, fostering curiosity and supporting pupils’ academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the primary national curriculum

Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND
-
Foster a positive and stimulating classroom environment
-
Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress
-
Implement effective behaviour management strategies that promote a safe and respectful learning environment
-
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
-
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and whole-school initiatives
Requirements
-
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)

Experience teaching within an EYFS, KS1, or KS2 setting
-
Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-
A nurturing, child-centred approach
-
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply through Teaching Personnel)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
