Level 3 Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Teaching Personnel are on the hunt for passionate, versatile and enthusiastic teaching assistant looking to work alongside SEN children with learning difficulties. While this work is a more challenging role it is a highly rewarding one; really being able to make an impact on these children and help them grow.

Teaching Personnel work with a variety of large SEN schools across the South Wales area and know that SEN teaching assistants are in demand! The schools we work with will consider both Primary and Secondary trained teaching assistants.

If you have any qualifications such as a Cache Level 3 then please get in touch! But if you don't and you do have a experience supporting children in a variety of other settings then please do still get in touch!

The role will be to support pupils with various SEN including MLD, SLD, ASC, PMLD, PD and working with some challenging behaviour units, therefore you must have the ability to differentiate your work.

The school are ideally looking for a candidate who is adaptable, enthusiastic and has the ability to build rapport quickly with both pupils and staff.

Class sizes are smaller than mainstream schools and there will be support in the classroom from other teaching assistants and a class teacher so you really will have the opportunity to make a difference!
