About the Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll be:

• Supporting learning across KS1 and/or KS2
• Working 1:1 or with small groups
• Helping pupils with reading, writing, phonics and maths
• Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
• Assisting class teachers with day‑to‑day classroom support
• Creating a calm, positive and nurturing learning environment
