Level 3 Teaching Assistant needed in Salford Primary School (M27)

Supporting class teacher with general duties and small intervention groups

September start

Level 3 Teaching Assistant with experience from EYFS - KS2

A primary school based in close to Swinton in Salford have come to Teaching Personnel seeking a level 3 teaching assistant who has experience supporting in primary schools. The role will predominantly be doing general teaching assistant duties in year 4 but the school are looking for someone who is adaptable and be able to cover across school if needed.

You will be a general class support but also responsible for small group interventions with children of lower ability and Special Educational Needs. You will have to make sure these children are remaining on task and fully understand what is expected of them. These children are going to be looking to you as their role model, so it important you can offer the continuity.

The Salford Primary School have been graded "Outstanding" by Ofsted and the Headteacher is continually looking to develop and improve the school. They believe in giving every single child their chance to reach the full potential and every teacher assistant plays a big role in their school lives.
