The Role

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Work with individuals and small groups to help pupils reach their full potential.
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment.
• Encourage pupils' confidence, independence, and participation.
• Support classroom organisation and learning activities.
• Adapt your approach to meet the needs of learners with varying abilities, including those with SEND where required.

We have opportunities available for day-to-day supply, short-term assignments, long-term placements, and permanent roles.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Previous experience supporting children or young people in an educational setting is desirable.
• A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to supporting learning.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
