About the Role:

As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils’ learning across a range of abilities. You’ll play a vital role in helping children reach their full potential, whether in small groups, one-to-one, or within the classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education
• Support pupils with a range of needs, including those with SEND
• Provide one-to-one or small group interventions
• Help to create a stimulating, safe and nurturing learning environment
• Monitor and record pupil progress in collaboration with teaching staff

We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Teaching Assistant with a Level 3 Certificate or equivalent
• Previous experience working in a primary or secondary setting
• A caring, patient and proactive attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
