Position: Level 3 Teaching Assistant Location: Secondary School in Rochdale Contract: Permanent, Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role: As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process within the school. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
- Providing one-to-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
- Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) and adapting materials accordingly.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to assess students' progress and contribute to the development of individual learning plans.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working in a secondary school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' well-being.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
