Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting new opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic team in a primary school located in the NG5 area of Nottingham. This role is perfect for someone who is committed to supporting the educational and social development of young learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting the classroom teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional help.
• Supporting students with special educational needs (SEN) to ensure they reach their full potential.
• Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a safe and orderly learning space.
• Supporting the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
• Participating in school activities and events as required.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, preferably in a primary school setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
• A positive and proactive approach to supporting students and staff.
• A valid DBS check or willingness to undergo one.
