Location: Reading, Berkshire
Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time | Temporary and Long-term Roles Available

Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Nursery Practitioner looking to make a real difference in early years education?


Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to work within nursery settings or primary schools across the Reading area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established education agency committed to supporting early childhood development and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 years
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
  • Building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
  • Ensuring adherence to safeguarding and health & safety policies
  • Observing and recording children’s progress in line with the EYFS framework

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (e.g. CACHE, NVQ or equivalent)
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting (school or private nursery)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
  • Excellent communication and team-working skills
  • An enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the update service, or willing to apply for one

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
