Level 3 Learning Support Required

Teaching Personnel are working with a lovely independent school located in the heart of Worthing. Who cover across Early Years, Juniors and Senior years. The school are seeking an experienced Early Years support assistant, who will be able to provide a high level of support to the room leaders and give the children a day that is filled with fun and educational activities. The school are looking for someone who is Level 3 Qualified to help with their room ratios. 

This role would be on a full time basis, Monday- Friday 

Requirements 

• CACHE NVQ Level 3 (Childcare and education, Supporting Teaching and Learning, Caring for Children) 
• Experience working with young people
• DBS on the update service (Teaching Personnel can support with this)
• Be a patient and resilient individual 
• Confident approach to managing behaviour

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
