Role Type: Flexible supply with temp-to-perm potential

Pay: £89.38-£95 per day

Are you someone who enjoys working with children and making a real difference each day? Teaching personnel are currently looking for flexible, EYFS teaching assistants to work across primary schools in Truro and the surrounding areas on a supply basis with possibility for long term.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in different Early Years environments, support young learners during their crucial developmental stages, and be part of a supportive supply network.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom duties
• Working one to one or in small groups with pupils
• Helping children access learning and feel confident in class
• Supporting with classroom organisation, resource preparation, and tidying

✅ What We’re Looking For

• A Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Early Years / Childcare
• Experience working with children aged 3–5 in a school or nursery setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Adaptability and a willingness to learn
• A nurturing, proactive, and adaptable approach to classroom support
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
