Location: Slough
Salary: Paid to Scale (£90 - £120 per day - dependant on experience)
Contract: Full-Time | Term-Time Only | Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Available
Start Date: ASAP or Negotiable


Are you a passionate and qualified Level 3 Early Years Practitioner looking for your next rewarding role in a supportive and dynamic setting?

At Teaching Personnel, we are proud to be working in partnership with a warm and welcoming nursery in Slough that is seeking an experienced Early Years Practitioner to join their team. This role is paid to scale and offers excellent career progression and professional development opportunities.


The Role:

  • Working as part of a nurturing early years team to provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

  • Planning and delivering engaging activities that support the EYFS framework

  • Observing, tracking, and documenting children’s progress and development

  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

  • Promoting positive behaviour and safeguarding at all times


Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) – essential

  • Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting

  • A good understanding of the EYFS framework and child development

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A proactive and caring attitude

  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply through us)
