Teaching Assistant(s) Required September 2026
Location: Moulton, NN3
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 4:00pm, 36 working weeks per year
Salary: FTE £24,847.00
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support college-age students across a range of subjects at a welcoming and supportive educational setting in Moulton.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and student development, with the ability to encourage confidence, independence, and academic progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide classroom and one-to-one support to students aged 16+
- Assist learners across various subjects and learning activities
- Support students with academic, social, and emotional development
- Work closely with teaching staff to deliver engaging lessons
- Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Encourage student participation and independence
Requirements
- Previous experience working with young people or in an educational setting is desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, supportive, and adaptable approach
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting students in their education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
