Location: Primary and Secondary SEN School, Bamber Bridge, Preston
Position: Learning Support Assistant
Type: Full-Time
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a primary SEN School in Darwen, Blackburn. The school are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to join their dedicated team.
Your Role:
- Assisting in the delivery of engaging and tailored learning activities.
- Supporting students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Encouraging independence and building self-confidence.
- Providing one-to-one or group support as needed.
- Promoting a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
We’re seeking someone who is:
- Passionate about working with children with SEN.
- Happy to support children across Primary and Secondary year groups.
- Patient, empathetic, and adaptable.
- A team player with strong communication skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
