Did you know you don’t need any qualification to be a Teaching Assistant within an SEN school?

If you have the right personality, previous experience with SEN (either personal or professional) and willingness to learn and adapt on the job, you would be the perfect fit!

We are currently looking for a number of Teaching Assistant/ LSA’s to help support a SLD (severe learning difficulties) and PMLD (profound and multiple learning disabilities) school based in Southend-on-Sea).

SEN experience with young adults is a bonus! Ideal role for those within the care setting)

About the role:

  • Must be able to work Monday to Friday
  • NO WEEKENDS
  • Hours are 9am-3.30pm (6 hour shifts)
  • Working with students aged 15-19
  • Must have a DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one with our assistance
  • Temp to perm style
