Behaviour Support Assistant

Teaching Personnel are looking for an experienced Behaviour Mentor to work within Secondary and SEN Schools across the Hornchurch/Upminster area.

If you are confident providing support and guidance to pupils in Key Stage 3, 4 and 5 and have experience with SEN and challenging behaviour we would love to hear from you! An ideal candidate will; have excellent behaviour management skills, inspire and motivate pupils to stay focused on their learning, and ideally have experience working with students on a 1:1 basis.

• GBP300 - GBP400 per week, via PAYE

A Behaviour Mentor/ Learning Mentor role can be ideal for a Sports Graduate looking to gain experience in Secondary and SEN Schools, or can suit those with previous Behaviour Mentor experience. It is essential for a successful candidate to be engaging and passionate, plus have the ability to be flexible and calm. Building a strong rapport is vital, we are therefore looking for someone who is available to work full time.
