Learning Support Assistant

Part time, 5 days per week

1-1 Support role with a Year 6 pupil 

Long term 

 

Apply your creative and caring nature to enhance the quality of a child’s education. In partnership with a primary school in North Liverpool, Bootle, we are seeking a part time Teaching Assistant to work with a pupil in Year 6 with lower level learning abilities.

The pupil is currently behind with their work and learning for this academic year so we are looking for a 1-1 Learning Support Assistant to provide additional learning support to help catch up in all subjects, mostly including core subjects

You will be supported by staff at the school and work on a part time basis - 5 days per week just mornings. Hours: 8:30am - 12pm each day.

The role is available as soon as schools re open (possibly from Monday 8th March) until the end of the academic year in July 2021.

This particular role would be great for existing Teaching Assistants 

 

Working through Teaching Personnel means that you will work at the school on a long-term temporary basis, with the opportunity to gain a permanent contract at the school. We can offer excellent support and dedicated specialist consultants, who will ensure you are vetted and ready to work as quickly as possible. You will also have access to accredited CPD courses, to further your own career development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
