Teaching Personnel Hampshire SEN branch is looking for Learning Support Workers to work with students with complex learning difficulties.

The Role

Due to the nature of the children, the role will involve you working on both a 1:1 and small group basis in a classroom setting. You will be assisting the children with their daily challenges, assisting them with their teaching curriculum, and assisting them with personal care where needed. The school is looking for candidates who are willing to commit to establishing a bond with the children, are passionate about working in special needs, and are open and willing to learn even more. Therefore, previous experience of working in an SEN sector is preferred, but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
