Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in primary SEN schools across Winchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young children with special educational needs and make a real difference in their early education.

The Role:

• Supporting pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties

• Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum

• Assisting teachers with classroom management and lesson delivery

• Providing emotional, behavioural, and academic support

• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements:

• Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable but not essential)

• A caring, patient, and proactive approach

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
